USO Acknowledgement & Welcome Series RFP

Project Summary

Successful and timely acknowledgement of gift receipting is an important part of building and maintaining donor loyalty which support our growth goals. The USO is seeking an Agency partner to perform the following services for its acknowledgement and welcome series:

  • Provide high quality and excellent customer service to work with USO on timely execution of these two programs.
  • Print, personalize and distribute twice weekly donor acknowledgements.
  • Produce ongoing a four-part welcome series to onboard new donors to the USO.
  • Store material inventory storage.
  • Annual volume in FY2023 = 950,000 records

The successful bidder will be able to help the USO achieve its 10-year plan to achieve $76 million in gross revenues while focused on successfully positioning the USO to donors as an urgent and worthy mission in a very competitive philanthropic marketplace.

USO SMS Platform and Services RFP

Project Summary

The USO is seeking a text messaging partner to perform the following services for its direct response digital program:

  • Consult and set up USO SMS software for fundraising within the digital program for Acquisition, Lapsed, Prelapsed, Mid-level, and Sustainer audiences.
  • To help send messages on broadcast, analyze results, and perform testing.
  • Ability to ingest data from the digital CRM (HUB)
  • Provide recommendations for channel mix and/or integrated channel strategy for testing.

The successful bidder will be able to help the USO grow the SMS program to achieve $1.25MM in gross revenues while successfully positioning the USO to donors and prospects as an urgent mission worthy of support in a very competitive philanthropic marketplace.

Additionally, the USO wishes to continue its focus on acquiring and retaining donors with improved LTV and to continue to maximize the existing donors based with a focus on retention.

CRM Implementation & Modernization RFP

Project Summary

The USO is seeking proposals from qualified software application integrators (the “Bidder”) for the implementation of enterprise-capable Constituent Relationship Management (“CRM”) using components of the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, creating a 360-degree and holistic view of customers, donors, and volunteers. The proposed solution will include, but is not limited to, the software, training, documented processes, and all components required to provide a fully functional and sustainable system.

The Bidder should be experienced in nonprofit management and with the needs and requirements of a nonprofit our size and have a comprehensive knowledge of the software application(s). Our goal is to reduce information silos across the organization, remove manual reporting and data analysis, decrease the manpower required to gather relevant data, and increase USO’s ability to create personalized engagement strategies across our stakeholder base by adopting a comprehensive software application solution in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
